Ready set work
Ready Set Work is a 13 week program that teaches university students employability skills in partnership with the Lagos State Government. It utilises university campuses facilities and volunteer teaching staff from local employers. It was run for the first time in 2016 when 45% of students who took it entered into formal employment within 180 days of graduating from it. Read more
Zest training academy
Zest Training Academy teaches vocational skills that enable students to take up direct employment in Zest or another of our partner organisations. Read more
Africa Start-up Academy
Supports budding entrepreneurs to build their own micro-enterprises, either independently or having developed managerial skills through other areas of the program.
